The Parkinson's Care Center is now seeing patients
 in its new facility at the
DeYoung Pavilion
on the Evergreen Hospital campus.




The goal of the Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center at Evergreen is to improve the quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease and related conditions and their families through care that is both comprehensive and compassionate.

We offer treatment for:

The Center provides the expert care of neurologists, neuropsychologists, physical, occupational and speech therapists, nutritionists, social workers and counselors all conveniently located under one roof. This team of specialists creates a care program tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Insurance often covers our clinical services. We'll even help you seek authorization for our services.
